I’ve carried a pencil since I was a child. My art changed as I changed, reflecting every twist of my life. But the most important thing I can tell you is this: Once, I lost my voice.
Four years ago, I moved to Finland, bringing with me a deep passion for art and a background in recruitment. This transition became a turning point. In a new culture, under the weight of change, I had to rediscover who I was. I had to find my "voice" all over again.
For me, to stop creating was the same as to stop speaking. Silence was a prison. Art was the key.
I found my way back through rhythm and lines. This experience of adaptation and self-recovery is the beating heart of Re-Motions. I know exactly what it feels like to lose focus, to feel silenced by the noise of the world, and -most importantly - how to find the way out.
Today, I don’t just "draw" or "dance." I help teams rediscover their own rhythm when they feel burnt out or lost. I am not a doctor. I am an artist who knows the way out of the silence.
At the Espoo School of Art, I rediscovered a simple, forgotten truth: Creativity isn't about skill; it's about bravery.
When did we start overthinking everything? In the corporate world, we are often paralyzed by the fear of being 'wrong'. We’ve built walls of hesitation that block our productivity and our voice. But as a Yhteisöpedagogi (Community Educator) student at HUMAK, I look at this differently.
I specialize in group dynamics and wellbeing. My method isn't just about art; it's a professional tool for building resilient workplace communities. I’ve learned that sometimes the best 'innovation' for a team is simply being as brave as a 7-year-old with a box of crayons.
